So, I'm making this post in hopes that Rockstar Games, as the game's publisher, will update the current Steam build/version and include these registry changes to fix the issue. An official reply from Rockstar on this would be greatly apreciated since a lot of people, including myself, are not comfortable at all having to change registry values to launch a game, especialy a Steam game where you can be banned out of your account when mistakenly accused for piracy.
